Job summary

Louisiana Blue in Louisiana is seeking a Member Engagement Manager to lead the engagement team and optimize outreach workflows across CHE visits. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient, and member-centered operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, staffing oversight, and effective communication to drive engagement outcomes and provider utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years leadership experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of direct-to-consumer or retail sales experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze data, engagement rates, productivity trends and workflows.
• Ability to identify operational efficiencies and implement improvements.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong collaboration, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel moderately.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Member Engagement team, including staffing forecasts, scheduling, PTO and payroll approvals, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Act as subject matter expert for member outreach, scheduling workflows, engagement strategy and CHE visits.
• Develop and improve outreach workflows to maximize efficiency, consistency and provider schedule utilization.
• Monitor productivity, engagement rates, outreach conversion and vendor performance.
• Prepare reports, identify trends and implement action plans to improve results.
• Manage outreach vendor relationships and communicate operational needs.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to establish processes and implement procedures.
