Manager, Medical Economics (Marketplace) - REMOTE

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of the Marketplace trend analytics work stream.
2. Collaborate with the Marketplace team to identify trends and savings opportunities.
3. Distribute workload for new reporting and projects.
4. Mentor and coach staff, review work products for accuracy and clarity.
5. Ensure best practices in formatting, documentation, and summarization of findings.
6. Track performance indicators of medical interventions with business owners.
7. Represent Medical Economics in cross-departmental meetings.
8. Coordinate reporting needs and ad hoc requests between teams.
9. Deliver quarterly trend and performance review presentations.

Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of management or team leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical economics or healthcare data environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience creating data visualizations for leadership presentations.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ACA or Commercial health insurance products.
• Knowledge of PowerPivot, Databricks, PowerBI.
