Position Purpose: Manage meat cutters, wrappers, and packers to ensure efficient meat processing, meeting work order specifications and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards, maintaining smooth product flow. Serve as a team member and perform duties to serve the company.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. 4-6 years in meat operations, including meat cutting, wrapping, and packaging, with team lead or supervisory experience.
