As the solar industry scales from gigawatts to terawatts, we’re investing in marketing that is strategic, measurable, customer-focused, and built around exceptional brand experiences. We are looking for an experienced events marketing manager to help elevate our global presence and create memorable customer experiences that strengthen our brand and support business growth.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager, Global Events will lead event strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of Nextpower's global events, trade shows, executive engagements, customer experiences, field marketing activations, and event-based brand programs. This is a strategic, hands‑on role responsible for delivering high‑impact customer experiences that support company goals and reinforce the Nextpower brand. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and regional teams, and manages executive stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to execute scalable, measurable event programs worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to‑end planning and execution for global trade shows, conferences, customer summits, executive briefings, partner events, and hospitality programs, including budgets, timelines, staffing, production schedules, agency management, and post‑event reporting.
  • Support the annual global events strategy, including event prioritization, audience planning, regional needs, product launches, and customer engagement goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders to define event objectives, messaging, product storytelling, demonstrations, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booth operations, registration, shipping, executive schedules, customer meetings, hospitality, and on‑site execution.
  • Manage customer‑facing event assets—including presentations, signage, collateral, booth experiences, product demonstrations, and digital content—to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, venues, fabricators, and vendors to deliver high‑quality programs while maintaining budget discipline.
  • Measure event performance using KPIs, customer feedback, pipeline influence, and ROI to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future investment.
Brand Experiences and Event Enablement

You will ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand presence across global events, sponsorships, field marketing programs, and executive engagements.

Responsibilities (continued)

  • Lead cross‑functional planning by coordinating priorities, timelines, budgets, approvals, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
  • Develop project plans, executive briefings, staffing guides, customer meeting plans, and post‑event summaries that translate business priorities into actionable execution roadmaps.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders while proactively identifying and resolving execution challenges.
  • Drive accountability and operational discipline across the regions to keep global event programs on schedule and aligned with business and brand goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Eight or more years of B2B marketing experience with significant responsibility for global events, experiential marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven success in strategic event marketing, planning and executing trade shows, conferences, customer events, executive engagements, and supporting field marketing programs that enable sales, customer engagement, and product launches.
