Working at Pharmavite is an experience like no other. With a focus on complete nutrition for all, each endeavor is urgent and every day counts. You'll have the opportunity to work on the #1 selling national vitamin and supplement brand, Nature Made, as well as an exciting portfolio of other products that are shaping the future of the healthy living industry. Consumer-driven innovation, high quality products and a promising portfolio, all driven by a team with a shared sense of purpose -- that's Pharmavite. Join us to bring the gift of health to life.

The Manager, Manufacturing Training & Development is a people-centric leader responsible for driving the growth, development, and performance of manufacturing employees across multiple remote sites (Opelika, AL, San Fernando, CA, Valencia, CA, New Albany, OH). This individual will partner with Plant and HR Leadership to create and sustain a high-performing, multi-skilled workforce through robust training programs that enhance both technical competencies and leadership capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate across all Pharmavite manufacturing and packaging sites to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training and development programs. Your leadership will directly:

People Leadership & Development:
  1. Lead and develop a distributed training team across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent training delivery, coaching, and performance standards.
  2. Serve as a mentor and coach to site-level training leaders, empowering them to build effective, high-impact training programs.
  3. Partner with Operations leadership and HR to streamline onboarding for new employees, create clear training plans, and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance to identify areas for improvement.
Training Program Development & Execution:
  1. Develop and oversee the full lifecycle of the training program, including skills matrices, needs assessments, training delivery, and qualification of employees.
  2. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Safety, and Quality leaders to ensure training content meets operational and compliance standards.
  3. Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training compliance and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  4. Drive continuous improvement by establishing feedback mechanisms and updating training materials accordingly.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  1. Ensure all training programs comply with CGMP and other regulatory standards.
  2. Support CGMP compliance during audits by maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
  3. Regularly evaluate and refine training content to address skills gaps and promote operational excellence.
Operational & Strategic Leadership:
  1. Manage the Operations training budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  2. Partner with HR and Talent Development teams to integrate leadership and professional development into the training strategy.
  3. Act as a key partner in change management initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  4. Travel approximately 20-30% to various sites as needed.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, with a focus on multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven expertise in training and development, with proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Our goals include developing a high-impact, people-focused training function that drives skill growth and career development, improves employee retention and performance, and enhances operational consistency across all manufacturing locations. We foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, positioning Pharmavite as an employer of choice.
