Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Manager - Managed Care who will implement the managed care strategy and build relationships with health plans and stakeholders. The role coordinates contracts across commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, ensuring clear communication of programs and services to all internal and external constituents.

Based in Arkansas, the candidate should have 3–5 years of managed care experience, with contracting experience preferred and a background in healthcare finance or revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of managed care experience required.
  • Contracting experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle is a plus and may be trainable.

Position Details

Experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Managed Care required.
  • Contracting experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle is a plus and may be considered trainable for the right candidate, even without a Managed Care or Provider Relations background.
