Job summary

Kaleida Health seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to provide 24/7 leadership for the nursing care team at HighPointe in Buffalo. You will assess resident needs, plan and implement care, and ensure timely evaluation of outcomes to maintain high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include operational oversight, staffing decisions (hiring, termination), staff discipline and counseling, and coordinating clinical and skilled nursing activities.

Qualifications

• RN upon hire
• 5 years in a clinical setting required

• 1 year in specific clinical service line of assigned department required
• Associate's degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
