Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Life Sciences or related, with 7+ years supporting LIMS in regulated labs
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• experience leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• strong knowledge of laboratory operations, data management, and validation practices
• excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

• Advanced degree in scientific or technical discipline
• experience in molecular diagnostics, genomics, oncology testing, or IVD environments
• familiarity with laboratory automation and digital transformation
• experience supporting multi-site labs

Work Setup

Work Setup: based in San Diego or South San Francisco, with salary range $145,000-$181,000, dependent on experience.
