Job summary

Veracyte is seeking a Manager, LIMS to lead the administration, validation, and continuous improvement of the LIMS ecosystem within regulated diagnostic labs. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable systems across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years supporting, administering, or managing LIMS in regulated labs.
• 3+ years leading technical or business systems teams.
• Experience leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of lab operations and sample lifecycle.
• Experience in regulated environments with validation and change control.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong project, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LIMS administration, support, configuration, and improvements.
• Translate operational needs into effective LIMS solutions.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, privacy, and data integrity compliance.
• Oversee configuration, validation, release management, and maintenance.
• Establish governance, documentation, audit readiness, and change control.
• Lead investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality for secure environments.
• Drive process automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage vendors and technology relationships to ensure service delivery.
• Lead projects for enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Ensure LIMS integration with instruments and workflows.
