As Manager, Licensing & Reporting, you will be responsible for overseeing the licensing processes and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations at the state and federal levels. As our Licensing Team grows, this role will involve managing a team of licensing and reporting specialists, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring accurate reporting of licensing-related data. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations, and a commitment to upholding industry standards.
Lead and manage pharmacy licensing and reporting specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of pharmacy licenses, renewals, and reporting requirements.
Review and submit prepared licensing applications, renewals, and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and address any issues that arise.
Enforce policies and procedures related to pharmacy licensing and regulatory reporting.
Work with regulatory specialists to monitor pharmacy laws and regulations; communicate updates to the team and relevant stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to licensing specialists on best practices and regulatory updates.
Coordinate with on-site reporting specialists to conduct regular audits of licensing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal requirements.
Prepare and present reports on licensing metrics, trends, and compliance status to senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding pharmacy licensing inquiries.
Assist in strategic planning related to pharmacy licensing and future expansion initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in pharmacy licensing or regulatory compliance.
2+ years of experience managing a team.
Experience with pharmacy laws, regulations, and licensing procedures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using licensing software and reporting tools.
