Job summary

The San Diego LGBT Community Center seeks a Training Institute Manager to lead the TI, supervise 1–3 staff, and expand training across San Diego County. You will develop curricula, deliver trainings for Center staff and partners, and coordinate Leadership Academy redevelopment with People and Culture.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, revenue growth, and cross-department collaboration with grants and development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing and facilitating adult training.
• Experience in LGBTQ+ cultural competency training.
• Managerial experience with budgets and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop curricula and train Center staff and community partners.
• Lead Leadership Academy redevelopment and staff coaching.
• Grow Training Institute revenue to at least $25,000 in 12 months.
• Oversee TI staffing and program operations.
• Collaborate with Grants, Development, and Communications teams.
