Job summary

STACK Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead curriculum development, training delivery, and program evaluation across the enterprise. You’ll partner with leadership to align programs with business goals and employee growth, delivering ILT and vILT training and creating career paths.

You will assess needs, manage stakeholders, measure outcomes with the Kirkpatrick model, and coach teams to higher performance while leveraging Workday and other LMS tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Learning & Development or Training Manager.
  • 5+ years supporting Talent Development, L&D, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis to uncover organizational and department training needs and implement the L&D strategy.
  • Create career development opportunities and career pathing programs to develop teams, positions, and individuals.
  • Deliver learning courses online and in-person using engaging techniques.
  • Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness to ensure translation to on-the-job performance and business objectives.

Data runs on STACK.THE POSITION:The Learning & Development Manager with STACK Infrastructure, Inc. is a dynamic and creative thinker responsible for curriculum development, training delivery, and learning effectiveness of cross enterprise programs to meet and advance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Reporting to the Director, Talent, the L&D Manager will work closely alongside organizational leadership, to create, facilitate, and evaluate full-cycle training programs aligned with our wider business objectives, while also meeting the individual needs of employees. This role will require advanced skills in needs assessment, stakeholder relationship management, measurement and evaluation, development and delivery of both ILT and vILT training, career path development, and people leadership skills. You will play a critical role in how we develop and retain talent at STACK.
