As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all of our companys information technology operations including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems
• Manage the companys network infrastructure and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Oversee software installations, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure data security by implementing proper security measures and monitoring potential threats
• Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bacherls degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software installation and maintenance, data security, and cloud computing
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with the ability to think critically under pressure

Salary: The salary for this position is $1600 per month
