Qualifications

• BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and ship content across channels.
• Experience creating video, live events, or audio content.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and ship internal communications across channels with momentum.
• Partner on all-hands meetings: run-of-show, platform logistics, speaker coaching, live production.
• Collaborate on building out video and podcast capability.
• Advise operational teams on engagement strategies and translate into readable content.
• Use AI tools to accelerate writing and production lifecycle.
• Build stakeholder reports and track basic engagement metrics.
• Manage multiple projects independently with confidentiality.
