Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications or marketing in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Experience leading large-scale events and employee engagement programs.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a culture and engagement strategy and calendar with recognition initiatives.
• Plan and manage end-to-end events, budgets, vendors and post-event follow-up.
• Develop and implement internal storytelling aligning with EVP and HR priorities.
• Create multimedia content for internal channels with concise messaging.
• Collaborate with HR/Talent Management to support onboarding and career milestones.
• Lead corporate recognition experiences and quarterly milestone events.
• Oversee multiple projects and mentor the Coordinator - Corporate Communications.
