Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Manager of Integrated Data Analytics to lead a technical team delivering actionable insights, advanced analytics, and decision support for health plan strategy and operations.

You will partner with senior leadership to measure program effectiveness, develop predictive models, and design data-driven tools that translate insights into action while guiding talent development and standards across the analytics function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care management, business, finance, health services research, computer science, math, stats, informatics or related area.
• Master's degree or equivalent related field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant supervisory, management or project leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data analytics team to deliver actionable insights and predictive models.
• Manage budgeting, resource planning, and performance standards for the department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, clinical, product, finance and operations to measure ROI and drive data-driven decisions.
