Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking a motivated individual for a Manager in Training role to develop leadership capabilities while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and supervision at a Salt Lake City location.

You’ll work with seasoned managers, learn branch operations, and progress toward roles such as Assistant Manager and Branch Manager as you demonstrate initiative and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience with sales, upselling, or recommending products.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing leadership and employee management abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.

Training & Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations, company procedures, and business performance goals.
• Assist customers with vehicle rentals, sales, upgrades, and optional products.
• Support customer satisfaction and help resolve service issues.
• Monitor fleet inventory, vehicle availability, and rental readiness.
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, and daily team assignments.
• Develop skills in coaching, leadership, sales performance, and operational problem-solving.
• Learn how to manage branch productivity and meet business objectives.
