Qualifications

• Two years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or operations.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Training & Responsibilities

As a Manager in Training, you'll learn how to lead a rental car location by gaining hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and employee supervision. You'll work with experienced managers while developing the skills needed to take on future leadership responsibilities.

• Assist customers with vehicle rentals, sales, upgrades, and optional products.
• Support customer satisfaction and help resolve service issues.
• Monitor fleet inventory, vehicle availability, and rental readiness.
