Job summary

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking a motivated individual for a Manager in Training role. You will learn to lead a rental car location through hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and employee supervision.

In this entry-level management program, you’ll work with experienced managers, develop leadership and performance coaching skills, and prepare for future growth into branch leadership roles.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience with sales, upselling, or recommending products and services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing leadership and employee management abilities.
• Ability to adapt, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations, company procedures, and business performance goals.
• Assist customers with vehicle rentals, sales, upgrades, and optional products.
