You’ll receive hands-on training in rental car operations, sales, fleet coordination, employee development, and branch management while working alongside experienced leaders.

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking an ambitious Manager in Training to join our Layton team. This is an opportunity for someone with sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or operations experience who wants to develop into a management role.

You’ll receive hands-on training in rental car operations, sales, fleet coordination, employee development, and branch management while working alongside experienced leaders. Successful candidates will have opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Branch Manager positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn and assist with daily branch operations and business performance.
• Support customer service, rental sales, and revenue goals.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, fleet inventory, and daily vehicle operations.
• Help train, support, and develop team members.

What We’re Looking For
