Job summary

QXO is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our growing team. You will gain knowledge across warehouse operations, customer service, logistics and sales, with mentorship from experienced professionals and a clear path to management.

This role requires flexibility to work in warehouse and office settings, strong presentation and communications skills, and willingness to relocate for a permanent assignment. Travel of more than 40% for training will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in production, logistics services, or construction/supply chain related industry.
• Operations Management experience, preferably in production, logistics, building materials, or construction related industry.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Working in different environments such as warehouse and office settings.
• Solid presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer and equipment (forklift, light duty machinery, etc.) skills
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Relocate for permanent assignment, as required.
• Must be willing to travel >40% as needed for training.
