• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting members and responding to inquiries.
• Learn and support daily club operations including staff scheduling, facility cleanliness, and member engagement.
• Assist in coaching front-line staff to improve performance and adherence to Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
