Job summary

Let's Play Soccer in Northglenn, CO is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a General Manager role. Start with leadership responsibilities, learn operations, drive revenue, and guest satisfaction while preparing for promotion to GM.

Starting salary is $45,000–$54,000 with a clear path to GM ($70,000–$80,000+). You will work nights and weekends at our Northglenn facility, with full benefits and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and able to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and ensure guests feel valued.
• Own your growth: track progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
