Job summary

CHC Unified, a large Jimmy John’s franchisee, is hiring for a Manager in Training in Virginia Beach. You’ll learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including fast sandwich prep, customer service, and running shifts with efficiency.

After completing training, you’ll be eligible for the PIC role and further advancement. The program offers 40+ training hours per week with overtime, and a competitive path to $35k–$45k+ annually with bonuses and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
