Job summary

CHC Unified is seeking energetic individuals for the Manager in Training program at our Colorado Springs locations. This fast-track path leads to a role as Person In Charge (PIC) with opportunities for growth to Assistant Manager.

You will learn all facets of restaurant operations, including sandwich preparation, customer service, shift leadership, and store profitability, with a structured progression after training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize independently.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Assist with running efficient shifts and ensuring speed and accuracy of orders.
• Lead and coach team members to follow systems and procedures with integrity.
