Panera Bread is looking for a Team Lead - Manager In Charge to join our Fairview bakery‑cafe. This role is essential for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Production: Prep, Soups, Salads/Hot Entrees, Sandwiches, Consolidator
• At least 18 years of age
• Completion of the Certified Manager Program (CMP) and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Successful background check and AOP Approval required
