Buckeye Express Car Wash in Marion, OH is hiring for a full-time customer service associate to run daily car wash operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will implement workflow procedures, supervise staff, handle escalated customer issues, and oversee daily workflows with guidance from the Site Manager.

Position Overview

This position is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. It is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager, supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing the overall workflow of the workplace.

Additional Tasks

• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services.
• Take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and the car wash.
• Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun).
• Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning the car wash process.
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude.
• Direct cars using directional signs; ensure neutral, no‑brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.
• Smile at the customer and give a thumbs up after the guest is in neutral with no brakes.
• Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily.
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung.
• With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, the home office, and fellow teammates.
