• Provide assistance to customers regarding the car wash process.
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant and competent attitude.
• Give directional signs and ensure drivers follow instructions while in neutral with a brake.
• Smile at customers and give a thumbs up after the guest is in neutral with no brakes.
• Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm condition before sending into wash area.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out tasks daily.
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung.
• With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, the home office, and fellow teammates.
