Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a leadership role within our rental operations. You will be immersed in daily branch activities, customer interactions, sales goals, and fleet logistics as you develop hands-on management skills.

The program emphasizes paid training, career development, and clear advancement toward a Branch Manager position in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Are you looking to build a career in management? We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Manager in Training program. This position is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in all aspects of rental car operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, and team leadership.
