Job summary

Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a Manager-in-Training to join our Fast Track Store Manager program in the United States. The role offers a starting pay of $40,000–$50,000 per year with a growth path to be a Store Manager earning $50,000–$75,000 annually.

You will learn sales, collections, inventory, and daily operations while working with experienced managers. You will train in all aspects of store operations, lead by example in sales and customer service, and help recruit and develop

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• Sales experience required
• Collections or account management experience preferred
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances

Responsibilities

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.

You’ll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.
