Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.

You’ll learn every part of the business—from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations—while working directly with experienced managers.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Collections or account management experience preferred.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations.
• Lead by example in sales and customer service.
• Help manage customer accounts and collections.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Set up and maintain showroom displays.
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed.
• Help recruit, coach, and develop employees.
• Work toward managing your own store location.
