Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This Manager-in-Training role develops through hands-on learning in sales, service, collections, inventory, and daily operations while working with experienced managers.

You’ll learn showroom setup, team leadership, and daily operations, with a path toward owning your own store location and a long-term career in retail management.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Collections or account management experience preferred.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations.
• Lead by example in sales and customer service.
• Help manage customer accounts and collections.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Set up and maintain showroom displays.
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed.
• Help recruit, coach, and develop employees.
• Work toward managing your own store location.
