Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP offers a Manager-in-Training (MIT) program designed to fast-track emerging leaders through a rigorous 9-week curriculum combining on-the-job training and structured development.

You will receive structured virtual learning and on-site mentorship, with hands-on operations training and direct coaching from site leadership, safety, and client operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to relocate for the role.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training and structured professional development.
• Gain on-site operations training across SBM's core business operations.
• Receive direct mentorship with site leadership, safety and client operations.
• Develop leadership and performance management capabilities for SBM sites.
