Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Managers in Training in NW Arkansas to learn and master the WOW Operating Way, taking certifications for CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles while completing onboarding.

The role emphasizes hands-on shop training, decision-making empowerment, and ongoing development within a leading auto collision group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training is preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform duties of a CSR for several weeks.
• Take Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties of Parts Coordinator for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties of an Estimator for several months.
• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Job Description

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions’ responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the CSR role.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to ensure knowledge of the Estimator role.

Compensation Details

$56,000 - $80,000 Annually!

Supplemental Pay

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
