Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Manager in Training to become an expert on our WOW process and to consistently wow every customer. You will progress through role-based certifications for CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator while completing the RBC required for each shop position.

In this program you will finish GM onboarding and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way, positioning you for continued growth within the Gerber team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of an Estimator for several months.
• Must complete RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of WOW Operating Way.

Job Description:

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass’ processes and every positions’ responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities
