Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking future leaders for a Managers in Training program in Chicago. You will learn every position’s responsibilities within the WOW process while consistently WOWing customers and aiming to be the best in collision and glass services.

This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to growth within a premier shop environment. The program involves completing role-based certifications for CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator, plus RBC and onboarding

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months.
• Complete the RBC (role-based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
