Boyd Group Services is seeking a Managers in Training candidate for Gerber Collision & Glass operations. You will learn the WOW Operating Way and rotate through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles to gain hands-on experience.

The program emphasizes completing role-based certifications, RBC competencies, and a thorough onboarding. Compensation is competitive with a focus on long-term growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks to learn the role.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months.
• Must complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Job Description:

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions' responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.

Compensation Details:

$56,000 - $80,000 Annually!

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
