Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Manager in Charge (MIC) in Houston to oversee Partner performance and safety in the absence of the Store Director. The MIC also may supervise Gas Station and floor maintenance where needed and ensure SOP compliance across all departments.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to make timely employment-related decisions while safeguarding store operations and customer service excellence.

For Stores not assigned an Operations Store Leader, the MIC is also responsible for overseeing the Gas Station and floor maintenance processes of the store.
