Job summary

Saviynt's Advisory Technology Organization seeks a Senior Associate to lead Identity Governance engineering, focusing on Saviynt Identity Cloud deployments across client environments.

The role collaborates with security, application, and project teams to onboard applications, configure governance workflows, perform testing and optimization, and deliver documentation and best practices for sustained governance success. Will travel as needed; work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including at least 1 year with Saviynt Identity Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 5 years' relevant experience with high school diploma.
• Experience supporting Saviynt implementations: onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, role management, workflows, IAM migrations.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, compliance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate.
