Convene Health is seeking a Manager of Human Resources to act as the day-to-day HR partner for leaders, including the CIO. The role covers employee relations, leave management, performance management, and talent acquisition, while aligning with Corporate HR on policy and programs.

You will lead investigations, manage performance cycles, and support compensation and pay equity initiatives across a multi-state remote workforce. This onsite Brentwood, TN role emphasizes collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with remote or multi-state exposure.
• Expertise in employee relations, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience in leave management administration.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR), preferred.
• Experience with pay equity, salary structures, or technical talent markets, preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, including CIOs.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager serves as the day-to-day HR partner for Convene Health. This role works directly with the CIO and functional leaders to provide hands‑on support across the HR lifecycle: employee relations, leave management, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement, and compliance while leveraging Corporate HR for escalations, programs, and policy alignment.
