About the role

As a Manager, HR Business Partner, you will manage a team of high-performing HR Business Partners, working directly with senior executives throughout the organization to connect our people strategy with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
First 30 Days
- Company & Tech Ecosystem Deep Dive
- Learn the company’s products, platforms, and services.
- Understand how engineering, product, sales, customer success, and operations collaborate.
- Stakeholder Discovery meetings:
- CTO, CPO, and VPs of Engineering
- Learn Culture & Ways of Working at our company and within teams
- Review HRBP team structure and alignment with high-growth teams.
First 60 days
- Roadmap of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Enhanced credibility with product and engineering leaders through meaningful contributions.
- Clear understanding of business rhythms and pain points across tech teams.
90 Days and beyond
- HRBP pod is seen as a strategic and trusted partner in tech orgs.
- Clear plan in place to scale HRBP support in line with company growth.
- HRBP strategy is aligned with fast-paced, iterative tech environments.
- Regular data-driven updates to leadership on performance, succession planning and top talent in the Engineering org.
Qualifications
- Strategic HR acumen – Skilled in aligning workforce strategies with business goals in dynamic, fast-changing settings.
- Team leadership and development – Proven experience in managing and mentoring HRBPs or HR teams to provide impactful support.
- Executive collaboration – Demonstrated success in advising and influencing senior leaders on organizational design, performance, and talent strategy.
- Organizational change leadership – Proficient in leading teams through periods of growth, change, and transformation with clarity and compassion.
- Leadership coaching and employee development – Effective in coaching leaders and team members to support professional growth and development.
- Data-driven HR strategy – Confident in leveraging people analytics to inform strategy, assess outcomes, and drive decisions.
- Employee relations and conflict management – Experienced in addressing sensitive employee matters with fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Inclusive culture advocacy – Dedicated to cultivating an inclusive workplace culture rooted in belonging and continuous growth.
- Cross-functional project execution – Highly organized and proactive in managing and completing cross-team initiatives.
- Clear and adaptive communication – Excellent written and verbal communicator, skilled at adjusting messages for various audiences.
