Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced HR Enablement Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for West Coast locations. This role will advise business leaders, support growth and change initiatives, and strengthen employee relations across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will shape the HR operating model, drive organizational effectiveness, and collaborate with senior leadership in a matrixed environment. Strong coaching, policy, and compliance skills are essential.

Moving away from a traditional HR generalist model, the HR Enablement Business Partner team is focused on empowering managers, driving operational consistency, creating scalable people practices, and increasing business accountability across the organization.
This newly created role will serve as the primary HR partner for multiple West Coast locations and play a critical role in supporting organizational growth, change management initiatives, employee relations, and leadership development. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders while helping shape the future of the company's HR operating model.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
