Job summary

Julius-Silvert, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead all human resources operations, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and policy development.

The role partners with executives to implement HR strategies, manages payroll coordination, open enrollment, reporting, and culture initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution in compliance with laws.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and open enrollment.
  • Develop, update and enforce HR policies and employee handbook standards.
  • Generate HR metrics and reports for management review.

Position Summary:The HR Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with applicable employment laws.
