Stryker Corporation is seeking an experienced HR business partner to support Neurovascular Global Quality Operations. You will drive people strategies, improve retention, and strengthen organizational performance in a highly regulated quality environment.

In this role, you will diagnose gaps in compensation, talent, and change management, lead employee relations cases, and partner with COEs to ensure consistent HR program execution.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS or 6 years related HR experience.
  • 8+ years of professional HR experience preferred.
  • Experience across HR disciplines or client groups desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end HR partnership for leaders in Neurovascular Global Quality Operations.
  • Diagnose gaps in compensation, talent, recruiting, diversity, and change management and implement solutions.
  • Lead employee relations cases, investigations, resolutions, and escalation per policies and standards.
  • Deliver performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and improvement actions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and translate insights into data-driven recommendations.
  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with COEs and HR Operations to ensure program execution and regulatory alignment.
  • Coach managers on HR policies and performance management practices to drive high‑performing teams.

Work Flexibility: Onsite Drive enterprise talent strategy and shape the employee experience within Neurovascular Global Quality Operations.

In this role, you will own end-to-end HR partnership for leaders, delivering data-driven solutions that improve retention, engagement, and organizational performance across a highly regulated, quality-focused environment.

What You Will Do Execute HR strategy aligned to Neurovascular Global Quality Operations across employee relations, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives Diagnose gaps in compensation, talent, recruiting, diversity, and change management, and implement targeted, measurable solutions Lead employee relations cases, including investigation, resolution, and escalation management in alignment with established policies and quality standards Deliver performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement actions tied to business and quality outcomes Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores, performance trends) and translate insights into data-driven recommendations Implement structured change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, regulatory expectations, and business priorities Advise leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to strengthen team capability within Global Quality Operations Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations to ensure consistent execution of HR programs and alignment to enterprise and regulatory standards Coach managers and directors on HR policies, talent decisions, and performance management practices to drive high-performing, compliant teams

What You Will Need Required B.A. or B.S from accredited university OR 6 years related experience Minimum 8 years of professional work experience Previous HR or role-related experiencerequired Preferred 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups Experience coaching leaders to build high performing teams and stewarding HR processes throughout the talent lifecycle

Pay Ranges: US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10%

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
