Your Purpose as the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner:
The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides day-to-day leadership coaching and development to Store Leaders to help them drive strong business results and a remarkable employee experience.
In this role you will:
- Build strong relationships with General Managers, Store Leaders, and employees at all levels.
- Effectively communicate, educate, and coach Store Leaders on leadership, talent, and culture strategy and initiatives.
- Partner with other HR teams to effectively implement talent management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development initiatives with Store Leaders.
- Proactively provide leadership coaching to store leaders to enhance their ability to drive strong business results and develop a remarkable employee experience.
- Provide coaching to store leaders on effective performance management.
- Discuss employee experience survey results with Store Leaders and help them develop a plan for responding to results.
- Provide follow-up coaching to Store Leaders following formal leadership training.
- Collaborate with Store Leaders to identify talent and build future leadership bench strength.
- Maintain an understanding of HR data analytics to effectively develop and coach Store Leaders on utilizing data to make informed business decisions.
- Provide back-up support for Employment Practices Manager on employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with other HR teams on various projects.
We are looking for someone who:

- Can proactively and effectively help Store Leaders develop their leadership capabilities.
- Has an authentic ability to gain credibility and trust with employees across all levels of the company including senior-level executives.
- Understands HR industry trends and can provide evidence-based coaching and consultation to store leaders.
- Effectively collaborates with other HR teams.
- Can maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive company information in a highly discreet, professional, and appropriate manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least 5 years of business operational, leadership coaching, and/or HR leadership experience
- Ability to travel to assigned store locations located across Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, and Wisconsin
Additional Qualifications:
- PHR, SPHR and/or ICF Coaching certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and possess the courage to appropriately challenge decisions and make recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership coaching to front-line leaders
- Solid business acumen, strategic agility, and operational execution capabilities
- Excellent time management, detail orientation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Curious and open to learning, exceptionally adaptable to change, and motivated by a passion for continuous improvement
