Job summary

Qualifications

  • Lead and contribute to projects enhancing HR processes, engagement, and inclusion initiatives
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and inform decision-making
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Translate workforce data and trends into actionable business recommendations
  • Support change management and implementation of new initiatives
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to execute talent, engagement, learning, compensation, and workforce planning programs
  • Model and promote CVS Health Enterprise Values
