Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Jackson, GA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our manufacturing facility. You will partner with site leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will strengthen culture, improve workforce stability, develop leaders, and align HR initiatives with business objectives while supporting a multi-shift operation of about 500

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations.
• SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, and employment law.
• Ability to influence leaders and serve as a trusted business partner.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on people-related strategies, initiatives, and business decisions.
• Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace culture.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce trends and turnover data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Support performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage compensation programs, workforce changes, investigations, and other HR processes.
• Use HR and business metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

This role serves as a strategic business partner to site leadership while providing hands on HR leadership across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
