Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Georgia is seeking a dedicated MB Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble cabinet components and finished products following specifications, quality standards, and safety rules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reading work instructions, operating hand and power tools, inspecting parts, reporting defects, and helping maintain 5S and lean practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Job Description

The MB Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components and finished products according to company quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements. Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and assembly equipment to produce high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.

• Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, and related products according to specifications.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
