Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in the United States is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Jackson, GA facility. You will serve as a strategic partner to site leadership, overseeing employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development across a 500-person, multi-shift operation.

You will strengthen our culture, improve workforce stability, and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, and employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Experience using workforce data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving, change management, and organizational development skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness strategies.

  • Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage compensation programs, workforce changes, investigations, and HR processes.
  • Use HR and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
