MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in our manufacturing environment in Waterloo, IA. The role focuses on supervising 15–20 associates, ensuring safety, and maintaining adherence to approved procedures and schedules.
You will train and evaluate team members, coordinate work assignments, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality standards and safety compliance across the shift.

Job Summary
Leads and supervises the daily operations of the shift.
Follows all safety rules and contributes to a safe work environment.
Follows established manufacturing procedures under assigned department which may include but is not limited to:
Must be fully trained and able to perform the required job tasks in the assigned department.
Minimum of 18 months of related experience is preferred.
Directly supervises approximately 15–20 employees in the respective department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
